We provide thorough support, from inquiries about usage to post-delivery assistance!

Additional charges will be estimated in the following cases:

↑We can propose multiple designs within the given time, and we can revise the rough drafts multiple times!

Regarding the monthly registration system

Requests from individuals are accepted via our permanent application form.

We will review the information you have sent and respond to any requests that we can fulfill at the end of each month.

We have replied to you via email.

Delivery process

We will reply to your application on the last day of the month. We will begin consultations and production the following month , and deliver the finished product by the month after that .

✤We will send you a color rough draft before payment. Please make the payment if you wish to formally place an order. After confirming your payment, we will proceed with revising the rough draft and creating the final version.

*The rough draft provided before payment is for confirmation purposes only. You cannot use the rough draft if you do not proceed with a formal request.

Criteria for accepting requests

We generally accept all requests submitted.

If there are many applications, we will only reply to those whose orders we are able to fulfill.

Our criteria for accepting a commission are not based on a first-come, first-served basis. We prioritize compatibility with your art style and project content, as well as understanding "what you want to achieve with your request." We do not make decisions based solely on your budget, so please tell us about your desired image and the nature of your work using the form!

Copyright and Use of Illustrations

୨୧ Prohibited matters

納品後も著作者人格権は制作者である紺日部りんぜに帰属します。

そのため、以下の行為は禁止させていただいております。

・自作発言

・無断での大幅な加筆・改変、原形が分からなくなる加工

・事前にお打ち合わせしていない用途への利用

・第三者への譲渡

・AI学習への使用、AIツールを使った改変

・R18コンテンツや公序良俗に反する内容への利用

イラストを加工したり、変更を加えたい場合はご相談いただけますと幸いです。

Vtuber様のご依頼では、他素材との組み合わせや文字入れなどを考慮しておりますので、それらを許可する契約書を結ばせていただきます。

As a general rule, copyright belongs to the creator (Rinze Konbe).

Regarding secondary use and modification of our works, we will do our best to accommodate your requests by concluding a licensing agreement, so please provide us with details in advance.

Copyright purchase is limited to companies and corporations.

If you need to transfer copyright due to being affiliated with an agency or other reasons, please consult us in advance.

個人様からのご依頼品については、実績の掲載として以下のように利用する場合がございます。

お申し込みの際に、許可いただけるものをフォーム内でご選択ください。

・各SNSやホームページ、ポートフォリオへ実績として公開・掲載

・YouTube上での制作過程の配信や録画の投稿（収益化の可能性あり）

・イベントで配布する同人誌への掲載

掲載可能な媒体や、掲載可能日など指定がある場合はあらかじめご相談ください。

なお、SNSへの掲載の際にはお名前やIDなどを可能な限り表記させていただきます。ご活動の宣伝の一助となれば幸いです。

About Fees and Payments

୨୧ Cancellation and Refund

初回カラーラフに着手した時点で料金が発生いたします。

初回カラーラフ着手連絡の後にキャンセルする場合、制作費の20％をご請求いたします。

ラフの買い取りをご希望の場合は制作費の50％を請求いたします。

なお、全額お支払い後にキャンセルをする場合、返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。

理由なく連絡が取れなくなった場合、7日経過でキャンセル扱いとさせていただき、今後のご依頼を制限させていただくこごがございますのでご了承ください。

୨୧ イラストのライセンス（使用料）

ご依頼料金は、ご依頼いただくイラストの制作費＋各媒体やSNSなどでの使用料として算出しております。

ご依頼の際には使用用途や媒体を全てご教示ください。

例：Youtubeサムネイル、Xでのポスト、デジタル返礼品への利用、など

制作物をご依頼内容以外に使用する場合、二次使用料が発生いたしますので、用途が増える際にはご相談ください。

例：SNS投稿用に納品したイラストをグッズ化して販売する、など。

୨୧ 提示代金以外の必要金額

お支払いの際の手数料は、恐れ入りますがご負担いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Regardless of whether a contract is concluded or not, disclosing the estimated price or production fee to a third party is prohibited.

原則として、お支払いは「初回カラーラフ提示」の後に一括でお願いしております。

一度に複数のイラストをご依頼いただく場合は、制作の進行度に応じて分割でのお支払いをご案内できる場合がございますので、ご相談ください。

୨୧ 納品データの取り扱い

納品データは必ず依頼者様ご自身でバックアップ対応をお願いいたします。

データを紛失された場合、再送ができない場合がございますのでご了承ください。

୨୧ 納期

納期厳守を徹底しておりますが、制作の開始後に以下の事柄が起きた場合、納期延長、またはお急ぎ料金のご相談をさせていただく場合がございます。

・お打ち合わせや確認フローにてご依頼者様からのご返信に3日以上かかる場合

・無償対応の修正回数を超過した場合

・お支払いのタイミングが遅れる場合

୨୧ 修正（リテイク）回数

イラストの修正は、一枚につき計5回のみ無償で修正・リテイクが可能です。

塗りのミスやご希望の反映に漏れがある場合など、当方のミスは修正回数にカウントいたしません。

・ラフの修正・変更…3回まで

（例：構図、ポーズ、衣装の描き直し）

※複数ラフをご希望の場合は、こちらの回数（枚数）にカウントされます

・清書後の修正・変更…5回まで

（例：色味の調整、小さい部分の変更など）

※構図やデザインの変更など、大幅な修正、または初めからの書き直しが必要な場合は追加料金をご請求するか、対応できない場合がございます。

୨୧ After-sales support for Live2D illustrations

After delivering the Live2D illustration, if the modeler requests revisions or the creation of additional parts, we will prioritize their work. A separate estimate will be provided depending on the content.

Things we cannot do

!

We regretfully decline inquiries that fall under the following categories.

- Requests with extremely short production schedules

- Requests where the results cannot be publicly disclosed at all.

- Production free of charge

- Invitations to join NFT-related and streaming agencies.

- Illustration production for matching games, R-rated content, and adult content.

Requests regarding religion and politics

- Requests for use that involves defamation or is intended to harm someone.

- Requests that assume the use of generative AI (training, processing of deliverables, etc.)

Please note that I may decline requests that deviate significantly from my usual illustration style. I would appreciate it if you could contact me with any inquiries.

Examples: Illustrations of muscular men, mechs, buildings, or animals only.
