ご質問やご相談、お見積りのみでもお気軽にご相談ください。
② Illustration production
ラフ時点で3回、清書時1回の無償リテイクが可能です。（以降要相談）
※塗りのミスやご希望の反映があった場合のみ、当方のミスはリテイク回数にカウントいたしません。
③納品
清書をご確認いただき、問題ございませんでしたら納品完了となります。
ファイル転送サービスにてお送りいたします。
④お支払い

The illustrations I create may be posted on various social media platforms, websites, and portfolios as part of my portfolio.
If you do not wish for the information to be made public, please be sure to contact us in advance.
Please contact us in advance if you have specific media outlets or dates you would like your advertisement to be published.
୨୧ Things we'd like to discuss
納品後も著作者人格権は制作者である紺日部りんぜに帰属します。
以下の項目に該当する利用はあらかじめご相談ください。
・無断での大幅な加筆・改変、原形が分からなくなる加工
・AI学習への使用、AIツールを使った改変
・R18コンテンツや公序良俗に反する内容への利用
なお、著作者人格権を行使しない契約はお断りしております。
About Fees and Payments
୨୧ Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel after the rough sketches have been created, you will be charged 50 % of the production fee.
If you cancel at the stage of final drafting, you will be charged 80% of the production fee.
Please note that if we are unable to contact you for no reason, your reservation will be cancelled after 7 days.
୨୧ イラストのライセンス（使用料）
The commission fee is calculated based on the cost of creating the illustration plus usage fees for various media.
When making a request, please provide all details regarding the intended use and media.
If you reuse the work without transferring copyright, a secondary usage fee will be incurred. Please contact us if you plan to use the work for additional purposes.

We kindly ask that you cover any transaction fees incurred during payment.

成約の可否に関わらず、お見積り料金、制作料金を第三者に公開する行為は禁止させていただきます。

୨୧ 納品データの取り扱い
納品データは必ず依頼者様ご自身でバックアップ対応をお願いいたします。
データを紛失された場合、再送ができない場合がございますのでご了承ください。
୨୧ 納期
納期厳守を徹底しておりますが、制作の開始後に以下の事柄が起きた場合、納期延長、またはお急ぎ料金のご相談をさせていただく場合がございます。
・お打ち合わせや確認フローにてご依頼者様からのご返信に3営業日以上かかる場合
・無償対応の修正回数を超過した場合
・お支払いのタイミングが遅れる場合
୨୧ 修正（リテイク）回数
イラストの修正は、一枚につき計5回のみ無償で修正・リテイクが可能です。
塗りのミスやご希望の反映に漏れがある場合など、当方のミスは修正回数にカウントいたしません。
・ラフの修正・変更…3回まで
（例：構図、ポーズ、衣装の描き直し）
※複数ラフをご希望の場合は、こちらの回数（枚数）にカウントされます
・清書後の修正・変更…5回まで
（例：色味の調整、小さい部分の変更など）
※構図やデザインの変更など、大幅な修正、または初めからの書き直しが必要な場合は追加料金をご請求するか、対応できない場合がございます。
その他、多くのリテイク回数を想定しているご依頼の場合は、あらかじめご相談ください。
Things we cannot do
!
We regretfully decline inquiries that fall under the following categories.
- Requests with extremely short production schedules
- Requests where the results cannot be publicly disclosed at all.
- Production free of charge
- Invitations to join NFT-related and streaming agencies.
- Illustration production for matching games, R-rated content, and adult content.
Requests regarding religion and politics
- Requests for use that involves defamation or is intended to harm someone.
- Requests that assume the use of generative AI (training, processing of deliverables, etc.)
Please note that I may decline requests that deviate significantly from my usual illustration style. I would appreciate it if you could contact me with any inquiries.
