Please send your illustration request via the contact form or email address . We will provide you with an estimated quote based on your request. Please feel free to contact us even if you only have questions or need advice.

Interview
We will conduct a more detailed interview to determine the production details, copyright terms, and finalize the price estimate. Even if you don't have a specific image in mind yet, please rest assured that we will work with you through repeated interviews to get closer to your ideal. We can also propose multiple plans to suit your budget, so please feel free to discuss pricing with us.
Payment
Once you are satisfied with the formal estimate, we will officially begin work. We will create an initial color draft, and if there are no discrepancies or problems with the image, payment will proceed. We will send you an invoice, so please make the payment to the bank account listed (or payment link for individual customers).
❖ Charges will apply from this point onward. Please check the "Notes" section for information regarding cancellations during the process.

❖Please note that if payment is not received by the deadline, there is a possibility that the start of production or the delivery date may be delayed.

② Meeting to discuss production details and contract terms
We will conduct a more detailed interview to determine the production details, copyright terms, and finalize the price estimate. ③ Illustration production
Based on the initial color draft, we will create the final version after receiving your requests for revisions and changes. We may send you progress updates as the production progresses.
④ Delivery
Please review the final draft. If there are no issues, the delivery will be complete. We will send it to you via a file transfer service (GigaFile).
④ Payment
Please make your payment according to your preferred payment schedule.
Illustration production
Based on the initial color draft, we will create a final version after receiving your requests for revisions and changes. We will then send you the final version for your review to ensure there are no further revisions needed.
❖ We will report on the progress in as much detail as possible, but depending on the production schedule, we may proceed with the work all at once.
❖ If significant changes or more than four revisions are required, additional charges will apply depending on the number of changes and revisions.

Once the illustration is complete, I will send it to you via a file transfer service for you to download. Once I receive it safely, the delivery will be complete.

Rights and use of the works
While we generally do not accept copyright transfers, we will do our best to accommodate your request by concluding a licensing agreement that allows you to use the work within the scope you desire.

• Method of use, scope, and duration
- Are there any restrictions on working with competitors?
- Whether or not results can be made public / conditions
- Will you be able to include credit (indicate the illustrator's name in the media where the illustration is used)?
*We cannot accept requests to enter into agreements waiving moral rights of copyright holders.

We offer a variety of payment methods, primarily for individual customers. We will send you a dedicated link for payment, allowing you to choose your preferred method.
❖ For payments other than PayPal, we use "KOMOJU," a payment processing service with world-class security.

お支払いに関する注意
୨୧キャンセル・返金について
ご依頼の流れに記載のイラスト制作（初回カラーラフ）に着手した時点で料金が発生いたします。
初回ラフ制作に着手してからキャンセルをする場合は料金の20％をご請求させていただきます。
ラフのみを使用したい場合は利用料金がかかりますのでご相談ください。
お支払い後にキャンセルをする場合も、返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
理由なく連絡が取れなくなった場合、7日経過でキャンセル扱いとさせていただきますのでご了承ください。
୨୧イラスト使用料（ライセンス）について
ご依頼いただいたイラストの制作費＋1回の使用料をご依頼料金としております。
お見積りの参考にさせていただくため、ご依頼の際には使用用途や媒体を全てご教示ください。
例：Youtubeサムネイル、Xでのポスト、デジタル返礼品への利用、など
制作物をご依頼内容以外に使用する場合、二次使用料が発生いたしますので、用途が増える際にはご相談ください。
例：SNS投稿用に納品したイラストをグッズ化して販売する、など。
୨୧提示代金以外の必要金額
お支払いの際の手数料は、恐れ入りますがご負担いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
・コンビニ支払い手数料（税込み190円）
・銀行口座振込の手数料
୨୧お支払い後の返金
お支払い後のご返金は原則としてできかねます。
お引き受けできないご依頼
下記内容に該当するご連絡につきましてはお断りさせていただいております。
内容によっては返答いたしかねますのでご了承ください。
・無償、もしくは安価の制作
・極端に短い制作スケジュールでのご依頼
・実績公開完全不可のご依頼
・絵合わせ、R指定、成人向けコンテンツのイラスト制作
・個人制作した既存イラストの使用に関する内容
・NFT関連、配信事務所所属のお誘い
・宗教、政治に関するご依頼
・誹謗中傷、どなたかを傷つける意図のある用途のご依頼
また普段のイラストとは離れたご依頼もお断りさせていただく可能性がございます。お問い合わせいただけますと幸いです。

Copyright and Use of Works
୨୧Regarding moral rights of copyright holders of illustrations
We do not accept agreements that waive the exercise of moral rights (so-called "non-exercise clauses"). Furthermore, the following actions are prohibited when using our illustrations.
Unauthorized modification
- Reproduction, reprinting, and secondary use
- Use in AI learning, modification using AI tools
If you would like to edit or modify the illustration, please feel free to contact us.
*For requests from Vtuber creators, we take into consideration the combination of other materials and the addition of text, so we will enter into a contract that permits such use.
୨୧Regarding the copyright of illustrations
Unless otherwise agreed upon, copyright belongs to the creator (Rinze Konbe). Regarding secondary use or modification of the work, we will do our best to accommodate your requests by concluding a licensing agreement, so please provide details in advance.
Regarding the use of illustrations by Konbe Rinze
Illustrations created at the request of companies may be posted in my portfolio or on platforms like X. Please feel free to contact me to discuss publication conditions and whether or not you would like them included.
For items requested by individual customers, we may use them in the following ways:
- Publish and display as achievements on various social media platforms, websites, and portfolios.
- Streaming or posting recordings of the production process on YouTube (with the possibility of monetization)
- Inclusion in a self-published magazine distributed for a fee.
Please contact us in advance if you have any specific requirements regarding the media outlets or publication dates.
Please note that when posting to social media, we will add a watermark such as "Sample" to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
